Are we crazy? Some people might think so but others can see the sheer genius in getting to share our Tandem bicycle touring experiences but not having to share the pain.
After 38 years of marriage we have decided to do another long distance tour and pedal 2800 miles around Europe on our tandem bicycle. We plan to ride through France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. We hope you will come along for the ride and we promise to keep you posted along the way.

ANOTHER TEMPERTANDEM
At first glance it may look like a familiar word but it certainly has a uniquely different meaning. Tempering is the process of heating a metal to increase the durability of that metal and decrease the brittleness all the while making it more pliable.

Wow...that last sentence is a hot mess but packed with reality for a couple who rode a tandem bicycle last summer from Oregon to Washington DC. To say the least, it was amazing !
