It is fixed!

Tuesday, Jan. 30th

We got the van back today after 8 days of waiting. We are so thankful for our time here. The kindness of the people was amazing and we were blessed to have a roof over our head the whole time.

Nelson the owner of the garage did his best to get us back on the road ASAP. His employee, Pablo, hosted us for three nights in his Airbnb. It was not free of charge but it was much nicer that the mechanics yard.

Today we drove the car for forty miles to see how it runs. It sounds great but with all the problems we have had another breakdown is in the back of our minds. That said, we are heading into Argentina tomorrow. We will have to wait and see.
